Terms & Conditions of Service Agreement

RDP will use its customary terminology and conventional language unless the client provides a specialized glossary. The client will deliver manuscripts and the information pertinent to interpretations and other services in an understandable and usable format and on a timely and agreed upon basis. RDP will not be held responsible for agreed upon timelines if the client does not deliver the required information on time. The client agrees that RDP will not be held responsible for errors in translations, interpretations or other services unless RDP receives written notification of the error(s) within fifteen days following delivery of the services to the client. RDP’s obligation regarding errors will be the correction of the product at no cost to the client or a proportionate reduction in charge for interpretations. If the client breaches this agreement, RDP will have the right to terminate the agreement and the client will need to pay the full purchase price for the services completed and for all work in progress. If RDP breaches the agreement, the client will have the right to terminate it and RDP will return to the client all the source materials and data furnished by the client and all of the translated product to date and the client will pay the full purchase price for the services completed and all the work in progress. Neither party will be in breach or default of any part of this agreement by reason of a delay or failure in performance owing to any causes beyond its control. We will keep your project on file for one year (12 months), at which point we will discard it in a confidential manner by shredding it.
